Refund Policy

CHOPITUPNOLA
CHOPITUPNOLA is committed to delivering high-quality food and professional culinary services. Due to the perishable nature of food products and advance preparation requirements, the following refund and cancellation policies apply.
1. Meal Prep Orders & Specialty Items

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled delivery or pickup are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled delivery or pickup are non-refundable.

No modifications or substitutions are permitted once an order is placed.
Because all items are freshly prepared, refunds will not be issued for failure to properly store or handle meals after delivery.
2. Catering Services

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all catering bookings.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the service agreement.
Cancellation Terms:

7 or more days before the event: Full deposit refunded

3–6 days before the event: 50% of deposit refunded

Less than 72 hours before the event: No refund
Any non-recoverable expenses already incurred may be deducted from refunds where applicable.
3. Personal Chef Services

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
4. Concerns About Orders
If there is an issue with an order or service, customers must contact CHOPITUPNOLA within 24 hours of delivery or service completion at:
Reasonable efforts will be made to address verified concerns. Refunds or credits are issued at the sole discretion of CHOPITUPNOLA.
5. General Policy Terms

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

CHOPITUPNOLA reserves the right to refuse service.

By placing an order or booking a service, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
