Shipping & Delivery Policy

CHOPITUPNOLA

CHOPITUPNOLA provides local meal prep delivery and in-person culinary services within Texas. Due to the perishable nature of food and advance preparation requirements, the following delivery and fulfillment terms apply.

1. Meal Prep Delivery

  • Order Cutoff: All meal prep orders must be placed by Wednesday at 12:00 PM (CST) for Saturday delivery.

  • Delivery Day: All meal prep orders are delivered on Saturdays only.

  • Delivery Fee: A delivery fee applies for direct-to-door service and will be calculated at checkout or communicated at the time of booking.

Order Modifications

  • Modifications or changes to a meal prep order may be requested within 48 hours of placing the order.

  • Modification requests submitted after 48 hours from the time the order was placed will not be accepted.

  • No modifications are permitted after the Wednesday 12:00 PM order cutoff.

Allergy & Dietary Notice

CHOPITUPNOLA takes reasonable precautions to accommodate dietary needs and allergies. All meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts, gluten, dairy, and shellfish. Due to the risk of cross-contamination and ingredient variability, CHOPITUPNOLA cannot guarantee that all dietary restrictions or allergen-free conditions will be fully met. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase and notifying CHOPITUPNOLA of any dietary concerns. Proper storage and handling of meals after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address. Once delivery has been completed, responsibility for proper storage and handling transfers to the customer.

Meals must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. CHOPITUPNOLA is not responsible for food quality or safety if meals are left unattended or improperly stored after delivery.

2. Catering & Personal Chef Services

All catering, private dining, and personal chef services are performed in person at the client’s designated location.

  • Service date, time, and location must be confirmed in advance.

  • Travel fees may apply outside the standard service area.

  • Setup and breakdown are provided as outlined in the service agreement.

3. Cancellations

Meal prep cancellations must follow the timelines outlined in the CHOPITUPNOLA Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By placing an order or booking a service, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
